VINIFICATION

Traditional maceration for 20 days

AGEING

1 year in oak – 1/3 new French oak barrels, 1/3 in 1-wine barrels, 1/3 in 2-wine barrels – followed by 2 years ageing in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES

With its red colour and burnt orange rim, this Cabernet offers a remarkable aromatic structure with intense notes of vanilla and a hint of game. The palate is powerful with a lively attack and velvety tannins. Complex and round with attractive notes of stewed, jammy fruits.

Our Sommelier suggests that you enjoy this Cabernet served with rabbit in prune sauce, cured Corsican meats, spicy tuna pasta, langoustines in paprika or even a couscous.
