TASTING NOTES

This Rivesaltes hors d’âge offers a bright, clear amber hue with light golden reflections. The nose is remarkably complex with delicate notes of candied orange peel, dried fruits, almond and honey. The palate is well-balanced, powerful and bursting with aromas of walnuts and dried figs. This is a very smooth wine with delicate tannins and exceptional length.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING

Our Sommelier suggests that you pair this delicious Rivesaltes hors d’âge with a duck breast in plum sauce, foie gras with figs, poached pears, a chocolate fondant or a red fruit tart.
