TASTING NOTES

Pale golden hue with a bright green core. Expressive and delicately oaked nose with aromas of peach, apricot, honey and a floral touch. The attack is direct and fruity with lots of volume and excellent balance between smoothness and freshness.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING

Our Sommelier recommends that you serve this Viognier with a creamy veal escalope, grilled mackerel in mustard sauce, shellfish, an asparagus tart or sauce-based fish dishes.
