ARTICLE 1 : OBJECT
The Terms and Conditions of Sale described hereafter outline the rights and obligations of the company SARL JAUBERT-MAS SAUVY and its clients in the context of the sale of wine.
All services carried out by SARL JAUBERT imply full compliance with the present Terms and Conditions of Sale.
ARTICLE 2 : PRODUCT PRESENTATION
The characteristics of products offered for sale are shown in the «OUR WINES» section of our website. The photographs are not contractually binding. SARL JAUBERT cannot be held responsible in the event of errors. All of the texts and images shown on the SARL JAUBERT website are reserved, on a world-wide scale, under copyright and intellectual property law. Their full or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 3 : SALE OFFER PERIOD OF VALIDITY
Our products are offered for sale in the limit of available stocks. In the event of a client ordering a product that is no longer available, the client will be informed of its non-availability as soon as possible by email or post.
ARTICLE 4 : PRODUCT PRICES
The “OUR WINES” section of our website shows the prices in euros, including all taxes and excluding delivery costs. The VAT amount is shown when the client selects a product and the delivery costs are shown on the screen at the end of the client’s selection of different products.
SARL JAUBERT reserves the right to modify its prices at any moment, however products ordered shall be invoiced at the price shown at the time of the order.
The prices shown include the discounts and rebates granted by SARL JAUBERT in view of its results or any services assumed by the purchaser.
No deduction will be granted for early payment.
Article 5 : ORDERS
The client confirms the order by clicking on the link “Confirm your order” at the bottom of the “Order summary” page after having accepted the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Prior to validation, the client is systematically requested to verify all of the information in the order and is therefore able to correct any mistakes.
SARL JAUBERT confirms the order by email. This email contains all of the order information and the client’s right of withdrawal.
Data recorded by SARL JAUBERT constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Such data is archived by SARL JAUBERT in accordance with the legal conditions and timeframes. The client may access the archived information by contacting the Customer Services department.
Article 6 : PAYMENT METHODS
Orders are to be paid by cheque or bank card.
Article 7 : DELIVERY
All products are delivered without any guarantee of timescale, with the exception of deliveries to individuals. The maximum delivery date varies depending on the address. For an address in France, the delivery date is set at payment day + 8 days and, for all other destinations, payment day + 1 month.
Article 8 : CUSTOMER RELATIONS – AFTER SALES SERVICE
For any further information, questions or complaints, the client may contact the company’s Customer Services department from Monday to Friday, 9am till 12 and 2 till 6pm.
