Traditional maceration for 20 days
1 year in oak – 1/3 new French oak barrels, 1/3 in 1-wine barrels, 1/3 in 2-wine barrels – followed by 2 years ageing in the bottle.
With its red colour and burnt orange rim, this Cabernet offers a remarkable aromatic structure with intense notes of vanilla and a hint of game. The palate is powerful with a lively attack and velvety tannins. Complex and round with attractive notes of stewed, jammy fruits.
