Vin de Pays d’Oc
Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Grenache Noir
The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed before being vinified using traditional methods. Daily pumping over, maceration lasts for 3 weeks.
Garnet red in colour with a shiny core. The intense nose offers notes of black fruits and sweet spice. The palate offers an enticing sweetness, powerful fruit aromas and smooth, lingering tannins on the finish.
