Partial maceration, partial direct pressing, cold decantation, low temperature fermentation.
Clear pale pink hue and aromas of fresh red fruits, blackcurrant and redcurrant on the nose. The palate discloses enticing floral notes, rose and grapefruit complemented by rich strawberry flavours. A highly aromatic wine with remarkable balance and freshness.
