Direct pressing, cold decantation and low temperature fermentation at 16° to 18°C.
Golden hue with attractive green tinges. The nose is very expressive and exudes distinctive floral aromas which evolve towards notes of brioche and marzipan. The palate is smooth and fresh with citrus aromas and excellent length.
