Direct pressing, cold stabulation of the musts for the Viognier and low temperature fermentation.
Golden yellow colour with bright reflections. The intense and complex nose exudes aromas of grapefruit, white peach, honey and dried fruits with subtle toasty notes. The palate is soft and smooth with notes of vanilla, butter and exotic fruits that linger on the finish. Perfectly balanced between smoothness and freshness.
