Vinification : The grapes are carefully selected, de-stemmed and crushed before being vinified in oak barrels for the Pinot Noir, Mourvèdre and Cabernet-Sauvignon. The wine is stirred daily and maceration lasts for a month.

Tasting notes : Intense, clear, bright red with enticing purplish glimmers. The rich and complex nose reveals fruity, floral and spicy aromas underpinned by licorice and ripe red fruits. The palate offers a fruity attack and exceptional balance between acidity and tannins. Remarkable freshness and persistant aromas. A shining example of its Languedoc terroir.
