Traditional maceration for 15 to 20 days.

AGEING

1 year in oak – 2/3 in new French oak barrels, 1/3 in 1-wine oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Deep ruby red hue and an intense nose of ripe fruits and toast. The attack is smooth and reveals aromas of ripe fruits complemented by a delicate touch of vanilla. A perfectly balanced wine with smooth yet powerful tannins. Excellent length on the finish.
