Direct pressing, cold stabulation of the musts and vinification in 400 litre barrels.
Eight months ageing on the lees and weekly stirring.
Pale golden hue with a bright green core. Expressive and delicately oaked nose with aromas of peach, apricot, honey and a floral touch. The attack is direct and fruity with lots of volume and excellent balance between smoothness and freshness.
